Renting a car at Podgorica Airport

Driving in Montenegro

What documents do I need to rent a car?
The main driver needs a valid driving licence and a passport or national ID card. If your licence is not printed in the Latin alphabet, please also bring an International Driving Permit.
Can I rent a car at Podgorica Airport?
Yes. Podgorica Airport is our main pick-up point. Choose it as your pick-up location and add your flight number, so we can follow your arrival if the flight is delayed.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every rental includes basic protection with an excess, the most you would pay if the car is damaged. You can lower or remove the excess by choosing a higher package while booking. The exact price is shown before you reserve.
Can I drive outside Montenegro?
Yes, with the cross-border permission, which you add as an extra when booking. It includes the insurance papers needed at the border. Please tell us which countries you plan to visit.
How does payment work?
There is no online payment. You reserve without a card and pay the total shown in your confirmation when you pick up the car. A refundable deposit may apply, depending on the protection you choose.
What is the fuel policy?
Same to same: you return the car with the fuel level it had at pickup. If fuel is missing, it is charged at local pump prices.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Nothing is paid in advance, so changes and cancellations are free. Please let us know at least 24 hours before pick-up by replying to your confirmation email or on WhatsApp.
