When you make a reservation we collect the main driver’s name, email address, phone number and country of residence, plus optional details you give us such as a flight number or a note. We do not take payment card details online.
Why we use it
We use your data only to manage your reservation: to confirm it, prepare the car, contact you about pick-up and return, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who sees it
Only PG Cars staff who handle reservations. We use an email service to send confirmations and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the booking form from bots. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete personal data that we are not required to keep.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps your booking together and a cookie that remembers your language. With your consent, it also uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits anonymously and improve the site. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. No advertising cookies are used.
