These terms apply to reservations made on rent.pgcars.me with PG Cars Rent (PG Cars, Podgorica, Montenegro). The full rental agreement is signed when you pick up the car.
Reservation
A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with your reservation reference. No payment is taken online. The price shown in the confirmation is the price you pay at pickup, unless you change the reservation.
Driver requirements
The main driver and any additional drivers must meet the minimum age shown during booking and hold a valid driving licence. Please bring the driving licence and a passport or ID card. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an International Driving Permit is also required.
Payment and deposit
The rental price is paid at pickup. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the car and the protection you choose. The deposit is released when the car is returned in the agreed condition.
Protection and excess
Every rental includes basic protection with an excess, the maximum amount you pay if the car is damaged or stolen. Additional protection reduces or removes the excess. Damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or use against the rental agreement is not covered.
Fuel, mileage and borders
Fuel and mileage rules are shown in your reservation. Driving outside Montenegro is allowed only with a cross-border permission booked in advance.
Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge by contacting us. Please let us know at least 24 hours before pick-up. If you do not arrive and do not contact us, the reservation may be cancelled after the pick-up time.
Late return
Please return the car at the agreed time. A short grace period applies; after that, an additional rental day may be charged.
